WA-08: Matt Larkin (R)
Matt Larkin was born and raised in Washington. His family is from Washington and they’ve lived here for over 165 years. He loves his home and is a proud Washingtonian. He and his wife Shelly are parents of four children.
After graduating with a double major from Westmont College, he went to law school at Gonzaga University. He later earned a master’s degree in Law, from George Washington University School of Law. He worked in the White House before returning home to Washington to join his family’s manufacturing business. He is an experienced attorney, an active member of the Washington and Oregon Bar Associations, and is licensed to practice law in both states.
He is currently working with his family’s manufacturing business, a 3rd generation company located in Washington. The company employs over 550 people and makes products, here in the U.S.A., that bring clean drinking water to people all over the world.
In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, riding bikes and kayaking with his family. He also coaches his children in YMCA youth basketball and little league baseball. He also sits on the Board of Trustees at the Evergreen Health Foundation.
