Esther Joy King is a lawyer with her own practice and works as a JAG Officer in the Army Reserve.
She grew up the daughter of missionaries who worked on the U.S.-Mexico border in Juarez. She then went to college where she earned a marketing degree.
After college, King became an aid worker in Kabul, Afghanistan. When she returned to the U.S,, King went to Northwestern University where she obtained her law degree.
