CA-47: Scott Baugh (R)
Scott Baugh was elected the California Assembly Republican leader from 1999 to 2000 and represented Orange County as the California assemblyman from 1995 to 2000.
Baugh was founding chairman of the Institute for Fair Elections and is a board member of the George T. Pfleger Foundation which helps fund environmental research and other projects from health matters to drug addiction.
He is founding chairman of the OC Marathon Foundation which educated over 40,000 children on the benefits of exercise and healthy eating.
Baugh is a founding board member of Angel Force USA which provides mental health support for veterans.
Today Baugh lives in Huntington Beach with his wife Wendy and son Jackson and oversees his law firm, Scott Baugh & Associates.
