Sean Trambley
Sean Trambley was a contributor for The Well News from 2018-2021. He is a seasoned communications and policy professional with more than a decade of communications experience in Washington, D.C., and California. He served as the communications director and legislative assistant for former Rep. Dennis Cardoza, D-Calif., from 2008 until his retirement in 2012. Later, he joined the Democracy Initiative — a coalition of 60 environment, labor and civil rights organizations committed to democracy reform — as the senior communications strategist. Sean now resides in Martinez, California, where he founded SMT Strategies and works as a communications and public affairs consultant for campaigns, nonprofits and corporations. In 2016, he was appointed to the Martinez Planning Commission and also serves on the board of the Contra Costa Young Democrats.
